Last updated: 20 October 2026.
Who we are
ifnot.online is a free resource of Upzilla, the uptime monitoring service, and is run by the Upzilla team: Upzilla.co, registered as Robosoft LLC (Robosoft sp. z o.o.), ul. Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 4/29, 50-078 Wrocław, Poland. The company is the controller of your personal data under the GDPR.
Questions about this policy or your data: dataprotection@upzilla.co.
Network tools
This site has no forms and no user accounts. When you run a tool, the host name, address or URL you enter is sent to our server (a Cloudflare Worker), which runs the check from Cloudflare’s network and sends the result back to your browser. We do not store what you check. DNS questions are answered by Cloudflare’s public resolver 1.1.1.1; for the SSL check the host name is also looked up in the public Certificate Transparency logs of SSLMate (certspotter) or crt.sh. To stop abuse, the number of checks per IP address is limited for a minute at a time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the tools you ask for, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Hosting and security
The site is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver pages, protect the site from attacks and keep short-lived logs (legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working site, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your IP address when the page loads. Both providers may process data outside the EU; the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use these rights, write to dataprotection@upzilla.co. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Changes
We update this policy when the site or the law changes; the date at the top shows the current version. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
